Surrey Food Festival 2016

This year All In One Events have been approached by many food retailers to organiser a food & retail festival in the local community. Having being part of over 30 Events in 2015, meeting new traders and listening to their stories about other events, we thought we could produce a food festival in association with Alexander marquee’s for the local community for both families and traders to enjoy. 

We are going to create an event in the London Borough of Richmond where local restaurants, traders and suppliers could showcase their products for the upcoming season for the public to enjoy. 

We aim to have over 100 different food stalls and market place traders showcasing their products, from food tasting and selling to suppliers selling equipment, cook books and accessories for the consumer to purchase.

We would bring a family feel to the event by having a kiddie’s zone crèche with Buggy Park within a marquee where the parents could leave the children for up to two hours with registered carers while they go round and sample all the many different cuisines on offer and purchasing from many of the different traders on show. The children in the kiddie’s zone crèche would enjoy facilities such as arts and crafts, soft play, a small bouncy castle and many other things on offer, while for the older children we would also have outside, an assault course, large bouncy castle, a  fairground ride and a selection of side stalls where you could win prizes. All at £2 per go 

While outside on the main stage there would be a number of acts performing to the public while they relax in our seating area enjoying the many different cuisines on offer. There would also be a number of different bars from Champagne to branded larger for everyone to sit and enjoy

Ticket prices:

Adult £5 on the gate. Advanced Ticket bookings £3 per adult and a donation for under 16's Free. 

Kiddie zone Crèche prices:

Age range 5 years and under. £3 per child per hour. £1 per sibling discount  

Gates open at 10am  until 18:00
