With this in mind we have come up with two concepts that benefit both us the organiser and you the client.
Option 1
You the client choose whatever equipment you wish to have at your event and pay the hire price of the equipment. The more equipment hired the more of a discount we can give you. You staff the equipment yourselves and you keep all the money that the equipment generates. Of course some of our equipment will need to be staffed by us for insurance purposes and these costs would already be in the hire price quoted . We would do a site inspection prior the event so we can see vehicle access, agree the best place for the equipment that you want to hire would go and power requirements. You would then be invoiced 30% of the quoted equipment hire that you wish to have and then full payment would be due to be paid 1 week prior the event date. If you cannot staff the equipment yourselves we can supply staff to do this for you at a cost of £12.50 per hour per staff member and based on a minimum 6 hours £75.00.
Option 2
This would be the same as option 1 but with no full payment 1 week prior the event. Instead you would sign a terms and conditions agreement document agreeing the value of the equipment and agreeing to make up any shortfall on the day if the equipment you hired didn't make the money. Any money that the equipment generates over the hired priced agreed we would then split 50/50 and we would give this to you before we leave your event.
Example:
The cost of the hire of all the equipment from All In One Events that you have selected will be £955.00. If the income from the equipment doesn’t cover the cost then you the hirer are responsible to make up the difference. If the income from the equipment is greater than £955.00 we will give you 50% of the takings over the £955.00 in cash on the day
We can offer in both options above some very popular equipment at every event with no hire costs to yourselves, staffed by us and we even give you 25% from our profits on the day. This equipment is our candy floss, popcorn, slush puppies, test your strength and ball in the bucket side stalls
In the event of bad weather which forces the equipment that you have chosen not to be put out you will lose the deposit that you have paid. The remaining balance that would be left would then be written off. With this in mind we at All In One Events would know that you have just lost your 30% deposit. We would then advise you to take option 2 above and the money that the equipment generates over the hired priced agreed you would take the value of the lost deposit back before we split the profits 50/50
Example:
The cost of the hire of all the equipment from All In One Events that you have selected will be £955.00. If the income from the equipment doesn’t cover the cost then you the hirer are responsible to make up the difference. If the income from the equipment is greater than £955.00 you the hirer will take the lost deposit back from the previous event before the split of 50% of the takings over the £955.00 in cash on the day
